Holland Self-Directed Search (SDS) - An exploration of vocational possibilities and occupational data based on an individuals' interest. (Adult and student versions available)

CareerScope - a reliable assessment tool for surveying vocational interest of adult clients, high school and college students.

eChoices - An excellent appraisal instrument of an individual' specific areas of interest as they relate to the workplace of today.

Aptitude and Achievement Evaluations and Assessments

Tests of Adult Basic Education (TABE) Form 9 Level A - recognized widely by schools and business as an accurate assessment of adult and student academic achievement levels in Reading, Math Computation, Applied Math, and Language.

Wide Range Achievement Test (WRAT-3) - is a well known and recognized assessment of basic academic achievement levels and general cognitive ability.

Watson - Glaser Critical Thinking Appraisal (WGCTA) - Measures some of the important abilities involved in critical thinking. The ability to define a problem, to select pertinent information for the solution of a problem, to recognize stated and unstated assumptions, to formulate and select relevant and promising hypotheses, and the ability to draw conclusions and judge the validity of inferences.

Bennett Mechanical Comprehension Test (BMCT) - Designed to measure the ability to perceive and understand the relationship of physical forces and mechanical elements in practical situations. This type of aptitude is important in jobs and training programs that require the understanding and application of mechanical principals.

Clerical Test (CT) - Measures clerical perception, speed, and accuracy of names and numbers critical of the Business Detail, Scientific, and Medical fields.

Dvorine - is one of the most recognized color discrimination assessments and is important in the Art, Science, and Mechanical fields.

Minnesota Form Board Test (MFBT) - measures spatial visualization and form perception skills that are critical in the Art, Scientific, and Mechanical occupational areas.

Manual and Finger Dexterity - assesses and measures gross and fine finger dexterity and coordination.

Personality Profiles

Vocational Implications of Personality (VIP) - Every individual has a preference to do certain types of work, interact with people that compliment their style of work, and the desire to be productive in their work setting. Eight specific vocational personality types are identified with descriptions that recognize individuals' unique qualities, strengths, and characteristics as they relate to work.

Vocational Preference Inventory (VPI) - A personality-interest inventory composed entirely of occupational titles. Yields a broad range of information concerning interests, interpersonal relationships, values, self-conceptions, coping behaviors, and identifications.

Career Attitudes and Strategies Inventory (CASI) - An inventory for understanding common attitudes, feelings, experiences, and obstacles that influence career decisions of employed and unemployed adults.
